ReproMed has two different Egg Donation Programmes. The cost of each is outlined here:

1. Identifiable Egg Donation with Ovumia clinics in Finland

Since 2014, ReproMed has been at the forefront of providing Egg Donation treatment to patients in Ireland. Ahead of the change in legislation in this field in 2020, we established a partnership with Ovumia, our sister clinic in Finland, to continue to provide our world class Egg Donation treatment for our patients ensuring that it was entirely compliant with this new legislation and using identifiable donors only. With success rates expected of 70%, Egg Donation is an extremely successful type of Fertility Treatment and allows alternative assisted conception options for patients who are unable to use their own eggs to achieve a pregnancy.

• Treatment is carried out in Ireland – no need to travel abroad, saving on travel expenses and time from work

 *Guarantee: In cases where the male partner has a semen analysis result confirmed at ReproMed Ireland, whereby the count is >5million/ml and normomorphology is at least 2-3%, we are able to offer a guarantee of at least one blastocyst for transfer. If there is no blastocyst for transfer we will offer another attempt free of charge. The sample which will be frozen must meet these criteria to avail of guarantee program.

There is no additional fee for the guarantee programme.

2. Anonymous Egg Donation Program with Iscare clinic in Prague €6,300

Iscare is one of the most prominent, and the very first private Fertility Clinic in the Czech Republic, proudly responsible for bring an impressive 12,000 babies into the world since it opened in 1995. All donors in Czech Republic are anonymous, meaning that their identity can never be revealed by the clinic to children born as a result of the donation. For this reason, all patients choosing Iscare for Egg Donation must travel to Prague for the embryo transfer.

The cost of your first cycle of donor egg treatment is €6300, the breakdown of which is as follows:

• Required diagnostics
• Treatment Coordination fee
• Prescription transcriptions
• Sperm freezing & shipment
• Cycle monitoring scans
• Beta HCG test to confirm pregnancy
• Early Pregnancy Scan (c. 8 weeks)
• Financial compensation (medication costs) and treatment costs of the donor
• Spermiogram (SPG) and sperm preparation
• ICSI, assisted hatching, prolonged embryo cultivation
• 1x embryo transfer + 1x FET (frozen embryo transfer)
• Embryo vitrification and 1-year storage

*Guarantee: In cases where the male partner has a semen thaw analysis result confirmed at ReproMed Ireland, whereby the count is >2million/ml and 2% normomorphology we are able to offer a guarantee of at least 2 embryos for transfer. If there are fewer than 2 embryos for transfer we will offer another attempt free of charge. The sample being frozen must meet these criteria to qualify for the guarantee program.
